Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnoverโdue to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or wasteโa $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.
ACCURATE GUEST COUNT

The Chalet was an absolutely fantastic place to stay and Bryan was the best host. We stayed with our family of four and the house was perfect.
Great location in Great Barrington whether you want to just hangout in town or spend the days hiking in the many surrounding parks and recreation areas.
The house had every amenity we could have asked for including a great ping ping table and a large backyard.
Last but not least, Bryan was the best and most attentive host that responded to and assisted with everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed and will be back!

The bbq was very easy to use and we loved having such a beautiful outdoor space that was such a close drive to the center of Great Barrington.

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. There were 8 of us, including parents, grandparents, and children, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The upstairs master bedroom is especially comfortable, with a lovely few of the gardens in back. We hope to book this house again when we go back to the Berkshires next year.

We recently stayed at this home for two weeks over Thanksgiving and had a truly wonderful experience. The fireplace was a highlight, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The location was idealโquiet and scenic, yet close to all the attractions the Berkshires have to offer. This home has so much charm, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the season. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

The location was ideal - peaceful country feel, yet close to Great Barrington and all the Berkshire towns. The house had the feel of a ski chalet but with modern convenience. It was a great place to stay with our six year old daughters and grandparents. Lots to do around there, including horseback riding down the road at Blue Riders - great place to take kids for lessons. All in, it was a very nice place for a family vacation.

Despite a few maintenance issues, we found this to be the best Airbnb we have stayed at in the Berkshires, and we've stayed in many. The air conditioning worked well. The showers also were quite nice. The decor was cozy and authentic. We enjoyed lovely views from most rooms. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We had a lovely 5 days in Great Barrington. My two sons (ages 18 and 21) took over the two downstairs bedrooms and my husband and I had the large bedroom upstairs. The kitchen was well-stocked and the toiletries were high-quality and plentiful. Posto responded to us quickly when we had a question. Not easy to walk (no real sidewalks and a fair bit of construction down the road) but a very quick drive to wonderful restaurants and beautiful hiking spots. Highly recommend!

The proximity to the center of Great Barrington is a wonderful asset, and it's a scenic and easy drive to other beautiful Berkshire towns like Stockbridge and Lenox. The property is well-maintained, clean, and a great place to relax. My daughter especially loved the spacious and sprawling backyard with a tree swing. We would love to stay here again for our next trip to the Berkshires!

This is a beautiful property! It was a perfect study spot for four graduate students needing a quiet retreat. The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were well equipped.
We enjoyed eating Baba Louie pizza by the fire outdoors. The screened in breezeway was great dinners. And the location was great: near restaurants, a coop grocery, and WEB DuBois homestead. No complaints!

We had a great weekend at this lovely property in Great Barrington, about a 7 minute drive to town. The house was very clean, bright, airy, and the backyard was absolutely stunning- the fire pit and screened in porch were wonderful. The linens and towels were all high quality and the beds and bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was functional and well appointed. The living room was cozy and stocked with games and puzzles.
From the minute we walked in we felt at home and didnโt want to leave at the end of our stay. Weโd love to come back to this beautiful home.

Really loved this place! Perfect location - close enough to Great Barrington and Stockbridge for easy exploring, but tucked away for peace and quiet.
The outdoor patio became our favorite spot - we ate multiple meals out there and spent hours lounging on the great outdoor furniture. When evening got chilly, that fireplace was just what we needed. A few days were warm and humid, and we were so grateful for the air conditioning - the mini splits in each bedroom and main living room kept everyone comfortable.
Kitchen had everything we needed, the washer/dryer was something we loved having access to, and we slept really well on those comfortable beds. Property was spotless and well-maintained. Red Cottage was very responsive throughout.
