Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnover—due to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or waste—a $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.

The number of guests must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking. While we don’t charge extra for additional guests up to the home’s maximum occupancy, this information is essential so we can properly prepare and stock the home. Please note that penalties may apply if guest counts are inaccurate or intentionally misrepresented.

This was such an incredible stay! The property is beautiful. So cozy and comfy. Our dog loved the fenced in yard, the location was quiet and calm but a quick ride to town. The fireplace was so nice to enjoy on the cold nights. We will 100% be back and can’t wait to return !

This was our family’s first vacation together with our 1 year old daughter and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! The cabin was sparkling clean and super kid and dog friendly making it an easy and convenient stay for us! There was tons to do right in town and we enjoyed some hiking trails nearby. The communication was excellent back and forth which we really appreciate as well. We would love to go back someday.

Faith and Anthony’s house is spotlessly clean even though the house allows dogs. They put so much thought in the details throughout the house without clutter. It is a very comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed making a camp fire outside with open views of stars above.
The location is perfect for enjoying what southern Vermont offers during the summer but would definitely be a great place to stay for the winter season for ski & snowboarding (especially at Okemo as it is only a few min away).
We hope to return sometime in the near future!!

The perfect house for a quiet and restful Vermont retreat!
The perfect house for a quiet and restful Vermont retreat! Immaculate inside and out, I loved the special touches the owners made to make us feel at home. A fenced in yard and dog bowls out for our puppy and a fun loft bed for our kids made the stay forever memorable. A great location close to hiking trails, a state park with a beach and boat rentals, shopping and great restaurants. We would love to return next summer!

This is a great place to stay! Minutes from the stores in Proctorsville and downtown Ludlow. A short distance to Buttermilk Falls, Lowell Lake trail, and Marsh Billings Rockefeller Historic Park. We loved having dinner at Castle Hill!

Faith and Anthony's place was absolutely perfect - close to everything you need, like a brewery 5 minutes away, and the town center maybe 10 minutes away - but just enough outside of town to feel like you're really out there.
The place was big, clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need for a trip to VT. We stayed here for a recent trip to Killington to go biking and would absolutely stay here again next time around, including during the winter for skiing!

This was a perfect getaway for our family of four plus two dogs. The house is very clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. We loved the fenced-in yard, the waffle maker, the board games, and the loft bed! We enjoyed exploring nearby towns, hiking (Buttermilk Falls is a must) and attractions (Okemo's mountain coaster was fun!). Thank you for a great stay!

This is our second time staying at this house and we had another great stay. Anthony, Faith, and Wildwood are great hosts and very thoughtful. The house was very clean and comfortable. We also love that the house is dog friendly and has a fenced in backyard. We always enjoy walking on the dirt, gravel road nearby along the stream in the afternoon/evenings.

We stayed at this wonderful house with our dog for several days. It was a GREAT location to check out various places such as Chester, Grafton, Weston, Woodstock, etc. not to mention we enjoyed how lovely and walkable Ludlow is. They were just recovering from the flood which had clearly been catastrophic but there were still plenty of places open. This was our first trip to VT and will hopefully be the first of many - what an AMAZING state.

Faith and Anthony’s place was one of the most well equipped homes we have stayed in! Everyone had plenty of room to gather and get private time.
It was a very relaxing space and the outdoor fenced area was key for our dogs to play in.
You are close to so much but also located in a very quiet area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our year-end ski trip to Okemo Mountain. The location is fantastic—just 10 minutes to the mountain and the local supermarket, which made everything very convenient. The living and dining space were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate me and three high school kids, making it perfect for a family trip.
The temperature control with the smart thermostat was a nice touch, keeping the space cozy and comfortable throughout our stay. We also loved the variety of board and card games available, which made for fun and relaxing evenings during the winter nights. While we didn’t use the fireplace, it’s great to know it’s there for future visits.
Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely return the next time we ski at Okemo. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying at Copper Hill. The house was warm and cozy and our family got settled in quickly. We had everything we could need to have a long and cozy stay. The wood burning stove was a highlight and kept us warm as we settled in to watch movies after long days skiing. The house was so cozy and our kids really liked the lifted bed.

This cabin is so warm and cozy. We had a wonderful escape, and were able to comfortably work from home with quick wifi and plenty of desk/ tablespace. Some winter weather hit during our stay and Faith And Anthony responded quickly and helped us edit our timing to accommodate for the snow. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked great, and we enjoyed playing the games they provided. We hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay! The space was gorgeous and cozy, we loved the huge collection of games and books, the kid's loft was so cute, and our dog LOVED the fenced in yard. The house was SO convenient to Okemo and reasonably priced given the great location. Would stay again!

Everything about our trip was wonderful! We stayed with her two kids (age 4 and 5) and our dog. Our dog absolutely loved the yard being fenced in, we could let him out and didn’t have to worry about him taking off. We happen to be there during a time where there was a lot of snow and very cold temperatures. It was nice to be able to let the dog out in the yard to go to the bathroom and not take him for a walk! The house is very cozy and welcoming. Our kids loved the room with the ladder to the bunkbed. The woodstove was amazing for keeping us warm and creating that cozy Vermont vibe. We had family right in Ludlow and it was a quick 10 minute drive to see them. The owners were very communicative and actually called us the day of a snowstorm to see how we were doing and if we needed anything regarding snow removal. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are with children. We stayed in the two bedrooms upstairs but there’s also a third bedroom on the first floor.. so two families can very comfortably stay in this house.

It was everything we needed for 2 families with toddlers & infants! Open concept on the 1st floor made it super easy to keep track of the little ones. We happened to be there during double digit NEGATIVE TEMPS & the house was warm & cozy throughout the entire stay!!! Anthony would respond to my concerns & needs within 5-10 minutes of every email I sent to him! I would def recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay extremely close to Okemo!!! Will def be booking their home again for our next Okemo ski trip!!!!

We LOVED staying here for our yearly ski trip to Okemo! The hosts were so responsive and the house cozy. We loved the wood burning stove and having a nice backyard to space for our pup to run. The house was perfect for our family of 6 to meet up and elaborate Christmas and for the younger generation to go skiing. There was also a nice hiking trail 3 miles away, to enjoy. Between the fireplace and the Christmas tree, we could not have asked for more.

Faith and Anthony’s place was exactly as described - it was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. They were very flexible with our check out because of the historical flooding in the area. They were concerned about our safety and provided updates as they knew them and offered suggestions for alternatives for information and food/supplies. They were very thoughtful and concerned. Definitely recommend staying here!

From the moment we arrived til the time we left all went well bed was comfortable couch was super comfy my hisband love the TV my dog loved the fenced in area something he doesn't have at home...the house was clean and super big to relax in loved eating at the kitchen counter fixing coffee at the coffee bar all the amenities that you need "if you want" the only disappointment was the restaurant places are closed sun mon tues so finding dinner was tough!

Exactly what we had in mind- quiet, but not too far removed from things. Great for kids with the open concept on the main floor and the adorable loft bedroom. So nice that they had a pack n play too so we didn’t have to pack ours!

Can’t fault this place! Spacious, charming, very clean house in a quiet, peaceful setting. Husband and I wanted more space and a place to make healthy food after staying in hotels, and this place was perfect for that. We enjoyed grilling on the barbecue and sitting in the Adirondack chairs watching the sun go down. If you need a roomy, clean place to relax, this is it.

This is a beautiful quiet cabin set in the a few miles outside of Ludlow. It was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. We took our dog in order to get away from the frightening fireworks that we can’t escape near our own home. Though some distant neighbors did set off fireworks it was still much quieter than we would have experienced at home and we were able to keep our dog relaxed. We had a great time sitting by the fire pit making s’mores, we played board games and cards, and just had a very peaceful weekend. We will definitely book again in the Fall! The hosts were so nice and very informative.

The downtown area is very convenient and has everything that we were looking for. There is so much to do in this area yet it was nice to come back to such a relaxing setting. The house is clean and everything that you would need is included! The fenced in yard was very helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat and will perhaps try one of their other properties as well. They are so easy to work with! We had an issue with our vehicle and they were helpful, sympathetic, and accommodating, making a potential difficult situation so much easier to navigate. This is a fantastic retreat filled with many amenities and super clean. The main level is open with tons of space for whatever you want to do. Yoga, games and reading were a few we enjoyed. It had a nice big tv but we didn’t even turn it on there were so many games and other things to do. Bedrooms were all spacious and beds comfy. Our daughter loved the loft bed. Two full bathrooms one on each level made it convenient for getting ready. Centrally located to whatever area of Vermont you decide to explore. Highly recommend!

This place is gorgeous and is just 10 minutes from Okemo!! The Airbnb had everything we needed, and there were just small touches that really added to our stay (e.g., cast iron pans, hair towels). Our dogs also loved the enclosed backyard especially when it snowed. We really loved staying here. We also really appreciated when we got some extra time to check out when we lost power that morning (though did not get the message in time to make use of it).

We loved our stay in this sweet place! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to cook in, and the space was cozy but spacious for 5 of us. My only note is to avoid the fenced area out back—the tall grass is pretty to look at but it’s full of ticks. Recommend checking out the Buttermilk Falls swimming hole 15-ish minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay for a long weekend with our dog. It’s very quiet and very green, and still close to the town if you need anything. Lots of great hikes and things to do nearby that are a half hour drive away. The interiors were very well done and very well appointed - overall the place was very comfortable. The hosts were also very friendly and responsive.

The backyard with the fenced in yard was perfect. So hard to find in VT and very appreciated when traveling with a dog.
We had an unfortunate and unexpected issue with the well occur due to the flooding over the summer. The well did not present any symptoms until our stay and then required a major repair. But the owners worked quickly to get it fixed and made arrangements for us in the meantime. And then once fixed, everything was back to being perfect. We really appreciate the owners and their response to the situation - even when we know it was a stressful and expensive event for them.
You will not regret staying at this house and we highly recommend. Truly a great house, location, and VT is a truly a beautiful state!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend stay. There is a ton to do in the area. The cabin was beautiful and provided everything that we needed. We spent the weekend checking out the local ski areas, shops, and small towns. Absolutely loved everything.

Copper Hill House is a lovely, comfortable spot. The home itself is spacious, well-decorated, and has everything you need. The fenced back yard was great for our pups, and we made use of the fire pit for marshmallow roasting. The property is close to roads on two sides, so be aware of that (although it was not too noisy). Communication was easy, and I’d definitely recommend this or any of Faith and Anthony’s properties.

We loved our stay at the Airbnb in Cavendish. The house was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The design was conducive to family, gatherings and socialization. My kids loved the multiple board games and played with almost everyone. Literally. We would love to come back and stay again.

You can enjoy the peace and serenity of nature while being 10 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and hiking! The hosts were always quick to respond which we appreciated! They had everything you could need from towels and toiletries to boardgames to cozy blankets. The wood burning stove was easy to use and definitely kept us warm

We were bummed to find out the wood stove that is shown in the listing is not for guest use, but we were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. A great time and place to refresh and recharge! We will be back!

The wide open concept downstairs was perfect for our 3 year old, 1.5 year old, and 9 month old to play while still being seen from almost anywhere downstairs. This house comfortably accommodated two separate families and allowed for individual spaces (including bathroom) for each family. Highly recommend

This is an updated, comfortable, spotless home in a beautiful area of Vermont. Our family of 4, including kids ages 9 and 12, had a great long weekend there. It feels remote enough to disconnect but is a 15-20 minute drive to almost everything you might need. Singleton's is a general store 5 minutes up the road with a great selection of meat and cheese and other grocery items, and delicious sandwiches. There was even a gift certificate from the hosts waiting for us at the check out, which was much appreciated. At the house, the kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms and living room are very comfortable with incredibly cozy blankets, there are lots of family-friendly board games, and our dog had the best weekend of her life playing in the fenced in backyard. Faith and Anthony were very responsive and easy to work work with. We hope to be back soon!

Faith and Anthony's place was perfect for our gravel bike weekend. Awesome location with lots of great rides right from the house. The house itself is beautiful, bright, welcoming and cozy. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We highly recommend staying here.

We stayed with a few friends for a nice weekend of hiking with our dogs. The backyard fenced area was perfect for allowing the pups to play and get tired out before coming back inside. Perfect location for Okemo mountain and neighboring ski resorts/towns. Everything in the rental was extremely clean and the house had all of the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking at home. The only misleading thing about the listing was that the guestbook said the fireplace inside was off-limits.
