SMOKING
No smoking is permitted inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of butts properly. Any violation of this policy is subject to a $500 fee.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES
We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care and respect. Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnover—due to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or waste—a $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.
ACCURATE GUEST COUNT
The number of guests must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking. While we don’t charge extra for additional guests up to the home’s maximum occupancy, this information is essential so we can properly prepare and stock the home. Please note that penalties may apply if guest counts are inaccurate or intentionally misrepresented.
OUTSIDE SERVICE PROVIDERS
Outside staff such as private chefs, massage therapists, or other service providers are welcome, but prior approval is required before they come on-site.

If you’re looking for a short weekend getaway from the
If you’re looking for a short weekend getaway from the city and be in the mountains this is your spot! Came here for a two-nights stay and the house provided everything we needed. The indoor area was spacious enough for my boyfriend, myself plus our dog, but outdoor area is where you’re really going to spend your time. We loved using the fire pit and cooked our dinners every night on the grill. The outdoors was as picturesque as you can imagine, the true gem of this tiny house!

The tiny house was wonderful very cute inside! A lot of great hikes nearby and about a 30 minute drive to Brattleboro for good restaurants and downtown area to explore.

We had a great time at the tiny house - exactly what I was looking for, with peaceful surroundings and a quiet, relaxing time. We spent one day in Manchester, about 30 minutes away - lots of restaurants and shopping and Hildene, the home of Robert Lincoln (Abraham’s son). Definitely worth checking out - lots of hiking trails, some history and a goat farm that produces goat cheese and soap. We also found lots of healthy dining options in the area as well. Overall, a great trip!

The home was beautiful! My feedback has nothing to do with the home or the owners but sharing in case helpful for others. I didn’t feel like the home was too close to neighbors. The listing is clear that it’s not secluded but it still felt private which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we came at a time where a lot of shops and restaurants were closed for a break between the winter and summer seasons so there weren’t many food options. Also, we brought our dog and underestimated how much space we’d need with him so the tiny home wasn’t enough for us. I’d definitely go back without our pup and in the summer or winter!

This is a very beautiful tiny home on a nice
This is a very beautiful tiny home on a nice private property, attached to the same road as another home but spaced well apart with no traveling sound or visibility. There is a bigger stretch of lawn than pictured which our dogs loved. At night the star visibility is incredible. The fire pit is very nice. The floods closed a lot of hiking trails we had planned to do but we still were able to have an incredible stay with plenty of time outdoors. If you have warm enough weather you should absolutely visit Pikes Falls 8 minutes down the road. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This place was awesome! Just as the pictures depicted. We can now check off staying in a tiny house off the bucket list. The best part was the private back yard with picnic table and fire pit. It extended the living area so the tiny house never seemed small even for a 2 week stay. It is located in a perfect spot in Jamaica with the state park and cool town 5 minutes away. Make sure you check out D&K Market in Jamaica. She has everything. We hiked the ski mountains,lakes and trails. We kayaked on Echo Lake. Ran and hiked in Jamaica State Park. Make sure to check out Wilmington, Brattleboro, Manchester and Londonderry. After a busy day it was a pleasure to sit around the fire pit at the end of the day and relax. Highly recommend Green Mountain Tiny House!

Enjoy a tiny retreat in Jamaica! When not baking cookies, sipping tea, reading a book, or sitting by the firepit, there was much to explore! Indoor/Outdoor options were plentiful including swimming holes, hiking, kayaking, picnicking, and places to sample award winning cheeses as well as local maple syrup. Grateful the tiny house had everything needed for a getaway in Vermont.

This was my first stay in a tiny house and it was every bit as fun and cozy as I had hoped it would be! The owners were excellent about communicating check-in instructions ahead of time, so that getting in the house was very smooth. I was really impressed by how comfortable the space was. The kitchen is well equipped—it was so nice to have a gas stove! And the bathroom is a good size too. The tub was big enough to have a bath in, and there was plenty of hot water. I came to complete a writing project and this tiny house gave me the perfect place to do that.

The house is a little close to the other homes nearby but Lauren & Chris did a really great job making the space as private as possible. The home is near several ski mountains and adorable towns with local shops and restaurants. It was the perfect trip for me and my husband!

It was the most perfect weekend getaway from the city. The tiny home was clean, cozy and our hosts provided us with detailed instructions for our stay and great recommendations for the area. It was in the best location (just 15-20 min from Stratton)! There were also a lot of outdoor spots that were great for a nice hike/run/workout. I have been telling our family and friends all about it! HIGHLY recommend- we will be back!

Our stay at the green mountain tiny house was awesome! I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a rental in VT close to good skiing/outdoor recreation. One of the coolest aspects of tiny house is the kitchen which is fully equipped for whipping up some home cooked feasts after a long day out and about. The amenities were all excellent and as advertised. The wifi was strong which came in handy because there is pretty bad service in the area (for Verizon at least). It's a great cozy get away for anyone but I would especially recommend for couples who like cooking and plan to be out and active most days. The host was very responsive and accommodating and did a great job of making it safe during COVID. Was a pleasure, and I plan to return whenever I come back to VT.

A great stay at the tiny house! Check in was easy with the keypad. The house was very clean and toasty warm inside for the entire stay despite chilly winter temperatures outside. The layout is very well designed and there's plenty of kitchen space to do some cooking. The electric fireplace was a nice touch for winter ambience. Mattress was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the loft. Hosts were very responsive if you have any questions. Overall would stay here again!

What a great tiny house getaway - close to some beautiful outdoor spaces. I was able to cozy up and read as well as get out in nature at Jamaica State Park and Lowell Lake. I recommend the Green Mountain Tiny House to anyone who needs a retreat.

I rented this space for my bf’s surprise birthday and we absolutely loved it! This was my first time renting an Airbnb and my experience couldn’t have been better. Everything was labeled making it easy to find useful items in the kitchen and living space such as: remotes, cleaning supplies, lights, etc. The Airbnb is stocked with everything you would need which was nice bc we didn’t have to overpack on toiletries, cookware, towels, etc. The owners were helpful and timely when messaging back and forth. This Airbnb is perfect for anyone looking for a stress-free getaway. ❤️

Beautiful, modern tiny house property in a serene area that was perfect for a getaway. We picked this rental because it had all the modern conveniences and amenities of home, while being able to escape away to the coziness of the woods. Peaceful surroundings, and you can hear the nearby river, too. Hosts were communicative, friendly, and responsive, which was greatly appreciated. They proactively provided all the info and instructions we would need about the property and the local area.

The house is in a fairly remote location, which allows for peace, quiet & beautiful surroundings. You will need to drive a bit to most stores & restaurants, but many ski mountains are only a short drive away. They have really equipped the tiny house with everything you need and created a cozy vibe too.

The Green Mountain tiny house exceeded expectations for our ski weekend in VT. It was an ideal spot for traveling to and from Stratton Mtn, and served as an incredible place to relax and unwind after full days on the slopes. The fire pit/outdoor area was an awesome added bonus and the local tips we received from the hosts were greatly appreciated. We are already looking to plan a return trip, would highly recommend!

We enjoyed skiing at Stratton, shopping in Manchester and ate at the Fat Crow in Newfane twice because it was so good!!We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again:)

The tiny home was just as described and in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed walks in the nearby Jamaica state park. West river provisions has a nice deli, baked goods and some Vermont products. I would recommend Honey Pie and Fat Crow for dinner. The hosts were very responsive and I would definitely consider coming back. It was a wonderful getaway for me and my dog.

The amenities are perfect. We built our own fire outside, cooked a wonderful breakfast, and relaxed on the couch in front of the gas fireplace.
The surrounding area offers many activities and some fabulous restaurants. Check out Honeypie for the world’s greatest chicken sandwich.

While it's definitely "tiny", it felt more than big enough for us (a couple) over our stay. The kitchen is massive and can service any cooking you're looking to do. We would highly recommend this home to any couples looking for a getaway in the Green Mountains

The Green Mountain Tiny House is exactly as pictured. It’s the perfect getaway for a couple looking for a relaxing visit to Vermont. It may be tiny, but it’s still spacious enough to move around comfortably. While Jamaica is quaint, we found plenty to do in surrounding towns no more than 30 mins from the tiny house. The hosts responded quickly to questions and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Vermont and give tiny house living a try!

It may be a tiny house but it has everything a couple could need for a quick getaway or respite. A full kitchen with stove, farm sink and fridge/freezer. There’s a small seating area with a loveseat and two counter stools. The outdoors (which we didn’t use) has two Adirondack chairs and small firepit and I’m sure is super cute with the fairy lights in the summer.
The lofted bedroom is accessible by small staircase. Just be careful if you’re taller and don’t sit up too quickly…the clearance is tight! The bed is super comfy and there are plenty of extra pillows in the closets.
The wifi-enabled TV had every streaming service you could possibly think of. It was great to just make some popcorn and chillax by the electric fireplace with our doggo.
We loved the access to the full kitchen with amenities and the bathroom seemed so much larger than we expected! However, the w/d is not available for use by guests but we were there such a short time it wasn’t an issue. There are plenty of extra towels, hair dryer (in the stairway drawers!) and toiletries for guest use, too.
The property does share space with another Airbnb, and a studio. We were welcomed by two unleashed doggos (they were friendly) but just something for those dog parents to know and keep four-legged family members leashed up. Also, there’s a rooster that has a time issue — he was up around 4 am but the house was pretty sound proof so we only heard it when our dog wanted to go outside.
Plus, the location to the area sights (Stratton, Mt. Snow and Brattleboro) was super close and convenient. We recommend trying nearby Ungrounded Coffee Roasters for their maple latte.

This Airbnb is by far a diamond in the rough! We were looking to find a place for a long weekend getaway and this was the better than we could of asked for. The location is just far enough away from the main towns hustle to give you the excluded feeling but close enough that you can get anywhere in a 30 min drive. The guide books provided were an amazing amenity and we truly enjoyed the relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend in nature with our little dog. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet, the tiny house was really cozy and well-equipped, and had plenty of space given its size! We’d definitely love to come back here again. I also want to give a public shoutout to the hosts - we were staying here during the floods in July 2023 and they were really responsive, thoughtful and proactive about making sure we had somewhere else to stay when the area lost power (the tiny house has no backup generator). They really went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and looked after and we are really grateful to them for their care and service! We will definitely be coming back to stay again (hopefully in drier weather!).

We were looking for a cozy escape while our kiddos were at camp where we could still work, but be surrounded by the beauty of the green mountains, and this cozy little house delivered. Jamaica was a lovely town in the middle of Southern VT ski country, along a winding and pretty river. Couldn't ask for more.

No one could have predicted the amount of rain Vermont got this summer. After reaching out to our hosts we found that our original booking was unreachable- washed out roads! We were given a choice to stay at a different location which was equally tidy, sweet, and charming.

We loved our stay at the Green Mountain Tiny House! It was the perfect relaxing getaway. We walked the three miles to Pikes Falls which was so much fun and my partner loved the dirt roads for running. We are excited to check out Wildwood's other properties for our next vacation!

The location is also perfect for exploring the Green Mountain state. Jamaica has a great state park and you are just a short drive from other wonderful hiking trails and cool towns like Brattleboro. Well appointed and practically spacious feeling kitchen and bathroom, and despite the bed being lofted the windows on the top floor and space between the bed and ceiling made it feel quite roomy. Tight space for lounging/relaxing downstairs, but we spent most of our time out and about and hanging outside the tiny house. As mentioned in other reviews, there are other houses on the property but we still had complete privacy and would recommend for anyone looking to experience a tiny house (but still have everything you need!).

We had a wonderful stay at Green Mountain Tiny House! Everything is just as pictured - clean, chic, and taken care of. The homeowners did a great job at optimizing the footprint - we loved having a full kitchen and staircase to the loft. The outdoor space is private, quiet, and very serene. We can't wait to visit again.

Our stay at the tiny house was a fantastic experience. Lauren and Chris gave clear advance instructions on how to get in without a hitch. The kitchen area is beautiful and we made meals in after our hikes on three nearby gorgeous waterfalls. The bed was comfy and the surrounding grounds lovely. There’s a small amount of traffic noise when you sit out on the porch, but aside from high traffic times, the environment is still and very peaceful. I highly recommend this as a lovely launching point for adventures in the area!

Had a great time. True to pictures. Clean and well maintained. The only minor criticism I have doesn’t have to do with the house itself. The road the home is on is uphill and has light traffic but several trucks go by everyday making considerable noise. Overall 100% recommend it.

The place is cute and well equipped. The picture looks slightly bigger but it is a typical tiny house, without feeling it is when I got there. Chris and Lauren are very responsive and attentive. Their recommendation has a lot of great spots nearby and we really enjoyed our stay there. I had high expectation specifically for Starlink wifi but a honest review is: probably not ideal if you need to do video meetings like we did. Other than that, the internet is workable, maybe it's the weather so sometimes it just slow but overall it's a bless with internet access in a remote area, especially when it's raining 🙂

Every inch of the place is thoughtfully laid out to maximize usability, and the high ceilings keep it from feeling too small. There was an issue with the water heater before we arrived and Lauren & Chris were very communicative about that and were able to accommodate us at another one of their properties while it was fixed. We ended up splitting our week trip between the two properties and couldn't ask for better hosts. Everything was flexible and communication was easy. We would happily seek out one of the Wildwood Collective's AirBnB's next time we're going up to Vermont!

We had a super peaceful getaway full of adventure and nature. The local country stores and farm stands were my favorite. A lot of unique and local food and beer to eat and drink. We also ventured to a beautiful waterfall that was unreal, and skiied at Stratton. WHAT A WEEKEND! When we werent adventuring the area, the tiny home was a perfect and comfy spot to connect with each other. I felt so cozy reading, playing card games, exploring the woods behind the cabin, and relaxing next to the fire while we cooked the yummy local foods we got from the farm stands and country store. 🙂

Even though it’s on a main road and with neighbors, you really do feel pretty isolated and it is easy to forget your tiny house is not alone. I inadvertently caused damages to the sheets and another item as a result of the fire-pit so make sure not to get too close! Lauren and Chris were fantastic hosts and I wish I was a more mindful guests but the issues were resolved with ease. Thank you for everything!

The house is clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and laid out perfectly. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. They provided us with a fire pit, two Adirondack chairs and wood to enjoy the outdoor space and a list of local restaurants, bars and hiking trails to explore. This is an ideal spot for couples looking for a weekend away. I can't wait to recommend this listing to all of my friends. Thank you Chris and Lauren!

What an amazing tiny house and wonderful stay in Vermont! My dog and I stayed here over Thanksgiving and what a great kitchen to enjoy a day of cooking in while you watch Christmas movies! Everything is so comfortable, spotless, easy, and peaceful. Don’t pass up this stay!

Our only unmet expectation was that during very cold weather (Nov/Dec, nearly reaching single digits at night) it was a little chilly in the house, and we had to use all the heat available to get it warm enough to be cozy on the main level.
However, it was definitely a great experience!

We stayed here for our honeymoon (we called it a tiny moon & will be doing an out of country trip once the world settles down). This was the PERFECT place for us to get away after our wedding and spend time with just each other. It was super easy to find (& we got there after dark), incredibly clean & spotless, easy check in with keyless entry & close to fun things to do - we spent one day exploring Brattleboro, VT (about 30 mins away). We were able to cook breakfast and dinner in & spent time watching Netflix by logging in to our own account on the TV & using Wi-Fi. Perfect getaway for a few night and we are grateful!

Perfect distance away from the modern home which has a shared driveway, plenty of privacy between the two properties but close enough together to make you feel “safe” in the woods! The home was spotless with great touches throughout and everything was so clean and convenient. We had stayed in a tiny house before and it did not meet our expectations, but the Green Mountain Tiny House far exceeded our hopes! We took full advantage of the kitchen and the great fire pit outdoors as well as the wonderful hiking and site seeing in the area. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the tiny home for our first wedding anniversary. The tiny home was perfect for a romantic weekend- the surroundings were so peaceful and private and the home had everything we needed. The fire pit was a great addition and we loved the town of Jamaica! The location is also perfect for seeing more of Vermont- half an hour to both Brattleboro and Manchester, with lots of great hikes very close by as well. Thank you Chris and Lauren- we will be back!

Even though it’s a tiny house the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals! The fire pit and lights out back were so cute and made it so cozy! It’s very close to Stratton, which was perfect because we could go hiking! The hosts were very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy weekend getaway!!

This was perfect tiny home for a weekend getaway in VT. It’s a great location for people who enjoy hiking as there are a ton of trails close by. We would definitely recommend underground coffee about 10-15 mins away and workhorse cafe for breakfast/lunch. We (especially our pup) also loved hanging out the back of the house too, perfect place for a fire and the fall atmosphere.

Even though the weather could of been better, the house was a nice dry place to spend time together and experience the tiny lifestyle. The Green Mountain Tiny House was absolutely perfect. First, it’s tucked away so we had total privacy surrounded by gorgeous woods and a beautiful view. Very quiet. The interior is spotless, feels new and is very well-planned; efficient use of space, everything one could need, beautifully decorated. We spent five days and cooked all our meals there and it was perfect. The full-size oven and roomy fridge came in handy. The bed is definitely the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. The electric fireplace adds to the cozy ambience. Outside there is a fire pit with wooden Adirondack chairs and fairy lights that make the perfect place to start and end the day. The owners left a lovely welcome basket full of goodies and the most beautiful house guide. We made good use of the close proximity to Jamaica to get all of our supplies and gifts from West River Provisions. They have everything you could need and the owners/staff are super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this tiny home!

The house was super clean with all the needed amenities. The pictures on the page are true to reality. The house is close to food stores, coffee stores, and breweries. There are many accessible trails as well. Would definitely stay again!

Of our whole Roadtrip on the east coast, Lauren and Chris’s tiny house far surpassed our other stays. The tiny house is located along a beautiful nature lined drive and in a serene peaceful area. I admittedly am a little scared of the woods but this house is located with other tiny houses nearby but not in any way taking away from the relaxation we felt.
The house itself was super clean, which I truly appreciated and very beautifully decorated. My boyfriend (being 6’2”) felt completely comfortable. I’m pretty sure the bathroom was larger than mine at home, honestly. The little fireplace nook was so cozy it made the night very enjoyable, as was the bed - slept like a log.
Communications were very pleasant, fast and helpful. Based on this experience, we’re looking forward to staying at this Airbnb in the future, as well as their larger property when we’re with a group.

Absolutely amazing spot that I'd highly recommend to any couple looking for some time away. The amenities were perfect and clean. We used the fire pit both nights we were there. The hike at Jamaica State park is a perfect half day to full day hike. It's not super challenging, but has just the right amount of distance and side trails where you could make it a full day hike. The kitchen in the house is great, as well as the bathroom, and the bed is even super comfortable! Highly recommend!

We also enjoyed the outdoors and the property! Sitting outside by the fire was amazing. The white string lights are such a special touch. We stayed here in early October, so the bugs were not a problem. It is cute and quiet. Super close to Jamaica State Park where the hiking is fantastic! Jamaica also has a cute little store with amazing baked goods. We would highly recommend staying here! We enjoyed our stay so much!!!

Just enough privacy & cozier than ever. Everything is thought of, down to the perfectly cut wood provided for the outside fire pit.

Had an awesome stay at the tiny house. We went up there to relax and do a little hiking. It is conveniently located to several different trails. Check in was a breeze and the place is as pictured, and all the essentials are provided. The view from the little patio does face a main road, but it hidden for the most part. You will hear cars every so often, but as the sun goes down you begin to feel like you are tucked away in your own little place. Overall great experience.

A wonderfully designed Tiny Home in a bucolic corner of Vermont. Amazing sleeping loft - full size bathtub/shower and great kitchen - gas stove better than what I have at home. We loved our day trips - drives through Londonderry to Chester and Rockingham Vt to visit rare perennial and conifer grower Scott Bolotin of Morningstar Farms. Hikes and runs from the Jamaica State Park trailhead and Winhall Campground North Trailhead were both spectacular. Recommendations for food were great - don’t miss Ungrounded (maple flat white), the pastries from the shop right next door, dinner at Fat Crow and take out from HoneyPie’s. Communication with Lauren and Chris was seamless - thank you!

The Green Mountain Tiny House was absolutely adorable. We arrived after dark and it was hard to find the driveway as there’s no immediate signs from the road and then house number was hard to see, but we figured it out. The home was clean and cozy, and had most of what we needed for cooking. It is smaller then the pictures seem, and there were limited options as to where to put our bags, but it worked perfectly for us. The hot water was also sparing, going in and out as we showered or washed dishes, but that was to be expected based on prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again!!

Also was able to throw on a movie on the smart TV at night which was very nice after hanging out by the fire pit. The wood was provided by the host, so I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about picking up firewood. The place is sparkling clean and the place is really stylish. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I won’t even get started about the bed. It’s a Casper mattress and it was super comfortable. Also, the split system was great. My stay was during that time of the year where it’s both hot and cold, but the system kept the place and a comfortable temperature. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
