Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnover—due to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or waste—a $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.

While we don’t charge extra for additional guests up to the home’s maximum occupancy, this information is essential so we can properly prepare and stock the home. We had such a great long weekend here!! Even though
We had such a great long weekend here!! Even though it rained most of the weekend, we were able to take advantage of the hot tub as well as the spa tub in the primary bedroom, and we watched lots of movies on the TV in the living room. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, and had literally anything we could have possibly needed for appliances, pots/pans/etc. Nice and close to downtown Stowe which had some very nice shops as well as places to eat.

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Stowe Vermont. Besides the amazing spring skiing we enjoyed and the fabulous restaurants we visited, this rental was perfect for us! The house was so warm and inviting and had all the comforts of home, including a spectacular, fully stocked kitchen to cook or bake if that’s your thing or to just hang out in the family room or play games and watch movies on the beautiful lower level of the home. There’s a fabulous jacuzzi on the deck with great views my husband and kids enjoyed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I look forward to staying here next time we all head up to Stowe. Thank you Jennifer for such a fantastic experience!
Not just for skiing....
Springtime in Vermont is a well kept secret. This lovely home allowed us to relax and enjoy the sunshine on the deck, dinner at sunset, and the sounds of happy birds at sunrise. We are a retired couple and used it as a base to explore the area. Beautiful drives up to the Northeast Kingdom and into the surrounding areas. Nice walking/biking path through Stowe Village. Plentiful restaurants in town but the gourmet kitchen invites cooking at home. Beds are comfy and the nice breeze is a welcome change from city stuffiness. City of Burlington is only a half hour away with cobblestone Church Street filled with shops and cafe outdoor restaurants. This home is perfect for friends, families, or couples wanting a comfortable place to relax and just enjoy the area.

About a year ago, my family decided we wanted to
About a year ago, my family decided we wanted to plan a trip for the total eclipse in April 2024, and since my dad lives in NH, we decided to try out Stowe VT. We found this place matched everything we needed - space for everyone, a large living and kitchen space for hanging out and cooking together, bedrooms for everyone so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other, being located close to the village of Stowe with lots of options of things to do, and the bonus was a large deck with a hot tub, and the deck was situated perfectly to align with the eclipse. And to top it off even more, the weather cooperated so we got to experience totality. We could not have asked for a better location or house to all stay in together. We had a wonderful time!
In addition, the communication from the host was amazing - an online guide was provided with everything we needed to know about the place, and any questions were responded to immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house in great location!
The house is lovely. Our family of five had plenty of room to spread out. The furnishings are top notch and a minor problem with the hot tub was fixed within an hour of reporting it. The location was perfect for taking advantage of all the area has to offer. Highly recommend!!!

If you think Stowe is for fall/winter only, think again! We rented this lovely home for two weeks in August and everyone was sad to leave. The setting is beautiful and it's close to Stowe, Waterbury and Burlington. The house itself is well-appointed and comfortable and the kitchen is outstanding.
Both the homeowner and the property manager were incredibly nice and responsive. Jennifer and Elaine, many thanks to both of you for helping to make the rental process easy, and our time in Stowe memorable.

The location is super accessible and made going into the center of Stowe or traveling outside the area super easy. We did not go to the actual mountain, but it seemed very close to it.

Our favorite part was just hanging out, playing games and enjoying the wrap around porch and hot tub. We loved making many meals in the AMAZING kitchen! This house had everything we needed and much more. We were very happy to find baby gates, a high chair and a great stash of kids plates, bowls and utensils! Lots of closet space and many laundry baskets were helpful. The water provided on every bedside table was a nice touch. Thank you for the complimentary maple syrup and local ground coffee.
We rode our bikes on the rec path and happily came upon a corn maze-right the on the path! This trip, we did the cow tour at the Trapp Family Lodge and loved it. Lunch on the Idletyme outdoor patio (also on the bike path) is always a great choice as was the farmers market on Saturday!
While cooking bacon in the oven, the smoke alarms went off. We got a phone call on the landline from Jaylan within minutes. He was making sure we were safe. Landlines at rental homes should always be provided!

I stayed in Jen's home August 18-20, 2017 for a girls weekend. Her home is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The weather didn't cooperate for the entire weekend but we were able to enjoy time under cover while in the hot tub.
We spent the Saturday at Stowe Mountain Resort, which is only about 15 minutes away. We took part in the Zip Lining adventure and enjoyed everything about it....so fun!!
Jen was more than willing to offer suggestions for places to eat and things we might enjoy doing during our stay.

We had such a great family vacation! This house is beautiful, very comfortable and so CLEAN! Perfect for families. We enjoyed the location to downtown, the super comfy beds, nice furniture, spacious rooms, and the excellent kitchen with everything you could possible need to make delicious meals. The large deck with Jacuzzi tub, surround sound through out the house, and basement to watch movies and video games were a big hit. There is a concierge available should you need it for issues or recommendations and the owners are extremely responsive as well.
We have zero issues or complaints with our stay. Everything was perfect. We booked another week next summer for more relaxing and exploring - can’t wait!

This house was perfect for our Stowe vacation. It is actually more lovely than pictured. We traveled with our two boys, 14 and 11. They were thrilled to have their own rooms and hang out space. I loved everything from the fully stocked kitchen, book selection, comfy beds, hot tub, and cozy outdoor sitting area. It's a short drive to attractions, hikes, shops, and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Stowe House! Everything was immaculate and all our needs were met. The house was inviting and spotless and our entire family enjoyed staying there. It's tucked away in the woods so you have total privacy but conveniently located next to downtown. By the end of our visit our toddler was referring to it as "our new house". We hope to be back for ski season! Thanks Jen for the wonderful hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Stowe home in December. The standouts were the unparalleled kitchen with its appliances and tools available, the beautiful yard with its snowy tree/mountain views, the number of games and books, and the clean bedrooms.
The drive into Stowe is really short and so nice to be a little distance away and have your own space. The kids (and even adults) so enjoyed the fresh snow, made a snowman, etc in the beautiful yard.
We love to cook together on vacations, so having the well stocked clean kitchen / dining area and fireplace was so so cozy. The number of games and books available was also amazing! We took advantage of that as well.
They also provide plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent so these little touches really made the stay even more relaxing. No worry about running out or washing towels during our slightly longer stay.
We will definitely be back next time we are in Stowe.

Last, but certainly not least, the hot tub was a great addition to the house! I highly recommend staying here and will be back for future visits!
Seven Star Stowe Retreat
I can't say enough about our wonderful stay here. It began with the ease of booking thanks to the owners responsiveness to our inquiries. A responsiveness that continued leading up to and throughout our stay. The owners are truly wonderful hosts and were so helpful answering all of our questions not only about the house but about grocery stores (we loved The Butchery for steaks on the grill), wine stores, hiking (climbing Stowe Pinnacle was a highlight!), and more! The house is beautiful and the perfect escape we needed. We loved the grill and hot tub conveniently located right outside the main floor within close proximity to the kitchen and main living room. The fireplace was perfect for cozy reading and games. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook which having rented numerous homes in the past has not always been our experience. We certainly enjoyed the appliances for our fresh pasta and bread! Master suite with the incredible views from the comfortable king bed and the soaking tub in the bathroom were a treat! Also for music lovers the sound system throughout the house is awesome. Proximity to town is excellent and make sure to check out the nearby Gold Brook. So picturesque! I can't say enough about the house and the hosts. Plan to return again and again!

The house itself is beautifully furnished, making for a cozy and warm retreat in the mountains- and the convenience of being so close to the mountain and town was a major highlight. The space in the main living space is perfect with a family as the open plan makes it really easy to spend cosy nights cooking, playing games and eating together. The ground floor entertainment system and the hot tub were a huge hit with my family, who loved the Wii dance game and watching the sunset in the hot tub over the mountains. It is such a beautiful spot! The house is very spacious and clean and the master bedroom is spectacular. So spacious, lovely big bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower as well as a huge closet make it a great luxurious retreat. It is very charming and cosy, yet stylish. Great choice for a visit to Stowe!

We could not have had a better house for our Christmas in Stowe. Jennifer's house was beautiful, and even better than advertised. The best part was probably the amazingly fitted our kitchen with any piece of equipment you could ever need. The rest of the house was beautifully furnished and super clean. The bedrooms were very spacious and we loved having 3 bathrooms. The separate tv room was also a treat. We also loved the hot tub. The house was also ideally situated close to Stowe village and not far from the mountain for skiiing. All in all, everything was perfect. Very impressed. Will definitely come back if we ever visit Stowe again.

If I had to mention one thing for improvement, the house managers should pay extra attention on door locker battery, we struggled with closing the door for a couple of days until it got fixed. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've ever encountered during our Airbnb stays and the fondue pot was a ton of fun. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jen’s house in Stowe. The house was spotless on arrival, spacious, and had everything we needed (even a baby gate, which was very helpful!). We also loved the location—it felt very private while also not feeling remote, and was just a short drive into town and about 20 minutes to the mountain.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Jen's home. The house is just as described: well-appointed, very clean, spacious, with excellent views of the mountains. Both Jen and her property manager were very welcoming and also very responsive. We needed the driveway sanded the first morning, for instance, and they had it taken care of soon after we notified them. The second morning (after snowfall) the driveway was plowed at 6:30, leaving more than enough time for us to get to the mountain worry-free. An easy drive from Stowe and a really perfect place for a getaway. We were two families with two adults and two young kids each and all found what we needed here. High recommend.

Fabulous cozy cabin for 2 families - plenty of room for adults and kids. Only 20 minutes or less to Stowe Mountain for skiing. I had a ton of dopey questions and Jen was super patient and responsive. At one point the hot-tub shut off for a filter clean and the guy was there to fix almost before i hit send on my text to Jen. It's our go-to ski cabin for Stowe.

Our group of friends really enjoyed the kitchen and the open space. The hot tub was a huge hit, especially after a long day of skiing! The most enjoyable thing about the house was how clean an well kept it was, you really feel like you are on a vacation in a beautiful mountain home! We hope to come back!

We had an amazing family vacation at Jennifer's. The house is very comfortable, clean, fully stocked with everything you need and more. The hot tub is awesome, the kitchen is open & fun for group integration. The location is perfect, close to town and the mountain, yet out of the main congestion. Large windows for great views and sunlight. Jennifer was prompt on all communication from start to finish. It is better than shown and described. We had an excellent weekend in Stowe at this house! Jen was very communicative and even coordinated a slightly earlier check-in for our group. Key pick up was convenient. Was perfect size for three couples. We left the kids behind but the house was certainly well-suited had we brought them along. Some things we particularly enjoyed:

Small things like a great selection of books (tho we had no time to read them), games, and no shortage of extra pillows and blankets were small but appreciated touches. Also was delighted to see a foosball table.
Location: The cabin was nice and private and the winter views of the mountain were good. Proximity to town was decent, was easy (though pricey) to call a cab for pick up.

Very cozy house off a dirt road in a wooded area, yet an easy 5 minute drive to town. The house was super well equipped - gourmet kitchen with all the tools necessary to cook anything you'd like. We have a 4.5 year old and 20 month old so I appreciated the baby gear they supplied - we used the high chair, baby gates, and kids' plates and utensils. Definitely a great stay; we hope to be back someday!

It fit (comfortably) our whole group and had plenty of things to keep us occupied: beautiful kitchen for cooking, hottub, games, big comfy couches. You're about 20 minutes from Stowe resort, which is where we spent most of our time. After a long day of skiing, we were happy to have such a nice place to retreat.

I spent the weekend at Jen's place with 7 girlfriends and we never once felt there was a lack of space. We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen amenities and cooked a ton over the weekend! Jen and team were also super responsive during the snow storm to make sure we could all get up the driveway (which isn't awesome without 4 wheel drive in the winter). All in all, we had such a great weekend and would definitely stay again!

Maureen was a great and gracious host (hostess?), responding promptly, clearly, and in a most accommodating way throughout the process and our stay. The home was well-described and nearly perfect for our family. Our overall stay was outstanding and Maureen helped assure that this would happen for us. The kids LOVED the outdoor hot tub, which was ready to go upon our arrival, despite being very cold weather outside. The price and value we got was very fair and the view of Mount Mansfield was outstanding. It snowed often and the driveway was plowed regularly, without our interaction. The home is filled with a generous supply of down (or synthetic) comforters and pillows. The walk-in closets are a huge plus and helped our family stay a little more tidy and organized than may otherwise have been the case.

Overall everything was great! the house was really well equipped, cookware, games, blankets, cleaning products etc. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Only thing I would say is that when we arrived it seemed like the house had not been finished cleaning because the rugs and sheets were out of place and there were some cleaning products out. But not a big issue at all

Great home near Stowe Mountain and town. Very comfortable with large upper floor bedrooms, living room fireplace, and hot tub after day of skiing. My daughter and I really enjoyed our 3 day stay at Jen's house and would stay again if we return to the area.

Poor snow is a risk of December skiing in VT, but the comforts of this beautiful house with all of the amenities you’d want made hanging out at home with a book, or a leisurely day exploring the village a pleasant alternative.
Although it would have been fun to sample more of the local restaurants, with young kids we elected to cook at home frequently and the large, well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed.
And the hosts were helpful and rapidly responded to the few minor maintenance issues we encountered (pocket door jumped its track, coffee maker died).

This place worked wonderfully for a family gathering in Stowe. Well located, clean, with a well working jacuzzi, toasty fireplace, and great kitchen with lots of amenities. The only thing I would say is that noise between rooms travels freely. It was not a problem at all for us, but if you are looking to be able to lock yourself in a peaceful, meditative stance away from others staying in the house, you may need earplugs. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with Jen's place!

Sky Acres was the perfect place for our two families to spend our annual ski trip. The house is spotless and very well-equipped. We loved sitting in the hot tub after a day of skiing, lounging by the fireplace, the large selection of games and the downstairs area where the kids could hang out. This house in Stowe suited our every need. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room throughout. The location was perfectly situated with an easy drive to downtown Stowe, Mount Mansfield, Waterbury, etc. The house has a very nice hot tub on the deck that we enjoyed so much. The deck was spacious and had an open view to the beautiful night sky. The master bedroom was extremely confortable and large. Each bedroom provided what we needed. I messaged the owner with a minor maintenance suggestion and she replied immediately and thanked me. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

This our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home, and once again, as expected everything was fantastic. The house is extremely well cared for, we noticed several improvements that made it even nicer than last year - which was hard to beat! The house has virtually everything (including a notebook with helpful instructions how to use), I'm jealous that it's easier to find all the utensils and serving pieces to prepare and serve meals than it is at my own house (an instruction manual in my house would be helpful too)! In addition to our July 2017 vacation we will be adding a winter trip as well. 1 day after our trip we already cant wait to get back to this beautiful home and location!

New England Family Trip
My wife and I brought three of our daughters (25, 11, and 10). The property was perfect for our group. Communication with the owner/property manager was excellent, and the welcome basket and waters by the beds were a nice suprise. The bedrooms worked out perfectly. Everything was clean, including the hot tub. The property is close to so many things and is very private with beautiful grounds. We wish we could have stayed longer and spent more time relaxing at the house. We would definitely stay again!

Plenty of room for everyone. The boys loved the hot tub and the entertainment system in the downstairs. The adults loved the close proximity to town and the fields.
The kitchen had everything you would need, even a large electric skillet which made it easy to make pancakes for 4 hungry boys in the morning!

Fantastic Stowe Property
Everything we could ask for in a summer vacation rental in Stowe. This house exceeded our expectations and it truly offers everything you need in a VT summer rental. The central A/C worked great and the hot tub was clean and well maintained for a nice soak after a long day of outdoor activities. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, with every kitchen appliance you could think of. Truly a chef's kitchen with plenty of seating at the eat-in dining table for 8 plus 4 stools on the kitchen peninsula. The Weber propane grill had a full tank of gas and worked great as well. All the applies were very high end, from a brand new stainless steel fridge with and external in-door water and ice maker. The washer and dryer were brand new as well. And the ecobee thermostat worked great as well. The property manager Elaine was extremely responsive when I had a minor issue with getting the grill to light, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All-around a really top notch rental for our two family getaway. We look forward to renting this property again in the future!

The house was every bit as wonderful as the pictures show and describe! Everything was clean, orderly, and it felt like home the moment we stepped in the door. The hot tub was especially wonderful after a long day of skiing, even with the temperatures being below zero. The house and the hot tub are all very well maintained and clean. We met a few of the neighbors while out on a walk, and everyone was very friendly. The house is in a great location too!

I would highly recommend this venue for any wanting to enjoy the benefits of both Stowe's beautiful village and the incredible skiing available. We were two families staying in Jen's home and were very comfortable. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids and was very well maintained. The extra amenities were thoughtful - coffee (both keurig and ground) were left for us, in addition to toiletries to make our stay more enjoyable. As well, all the basics for cooking, exceptional cookware and high end appliances, made it easy to feed and water the families before we hit the slopes. It was a wonderful stay in a beautifully maintained home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Stowe getaway.

This cabin in is truly as described, cozy and elegant. I stayed here with my executive team to do a team leadership development retreat and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location, cleanliness, size, heat, etc. everything was functional and we were incredibly cozy by the fire as we watched 36 inches of snow fall on Stowe - absolutely beautiful. The place was easy to find and half-way between Waterbury and Stowe which made it easy to go out to eat when we wanted, but we were also fully able to stay-in as the gourmet kitchen was a cook's dream. Highly recommend this house for a couple of couples, small families, or a small executive team.

It was a great home base with one of the best stocked kitchens as far as appliances go out of all the Airbnbs I've stayed in. We were very conveniently located to attractions around Stowe and though it was a little cold to use the balconies, we all think going back in the summer to sit out there would be great! The hosts were super responsive and the house was beautiful.

This is a wonderful house that is very close to Stowe town and mountain. We went with 6 people, 2 couples and 2 singles and the house was ideal. Every aspect of this house is great for a group. The only issue is that the bathroom for all of the basement guests is on the middle floor next to the kitchen, but this is not a big deal. The two upstairs bedrooms are both huge, with very nice ensuite bathrooms. The main floor is cozy and the kitchen is great for cooking. The amenities were great: the house came with poker chips and cards that we used every night, the hot tub was large and very clean and the grill was clean and worked well for the one dinner that we cooked at home. In addition, the people who wanted to stay up a bit later found the basement to be exceptional. It has a huge tv with a good quality sound bar, and the movie experience is great down there. This is one of the best houses I have rented in Vermont, and I would definitely rent it again when I return to Stowe.

The Perfect Getaway
My sister and I recently met for a sisters getaway to this gorgeous home and it far exceeded our expectations. We arrived Friday afternoon and enjoyed drinks on the expansive deck, overlooking the mountains, with cool breezes and comfortable seating. There was an abundance of seating, and even a large hot tub for those that may be interested. We made dinner at home Friday night, and watched a movie in the super cozy lower level. The surround sound was amazing! Although it was just the two of us, there is plenty of seating for a large group. The location was perfect for us to get out and about on Saturday, very near to many attractions, and we enjoyed the most fresh and delicious brunch Sunday at an adorable place just down the road. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well with the windows open, soft breezes, and happily chirping birds during the morning hours. The kitchen was well appointed, with anything we needed. We are already excited about another stay in this gorgeous home!

We loved this stay in Stowe! Close to town but still far enough out that you have plenty of privacy. A big plus for all of the kid amenities, it makes traveling with a toddler so much easier! We loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The pictures and description of the home are exactly what you get!

This property is tucked away close to downtown stowe but has a very appealing rich interior and surrounded by thick woods. The kitchen is very well stacked with variety of cooking accessories and pantry. The cabinets are stocked with fun board games and puzzles and The beds are very comfortable, The hot tub was a treat for the baby and the deck with the fall colors around it and the grill made our sunsets special.

My husband, sister, daughter and her husband found Jen's place to be just perfect for our weekend family get-together. To begin, Jen's is amazingly responsive, so planning was a breeze. The house is located close to town on a quiet street up on a hill with a fantastic view. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked, open to the dining and living room areas. We enjoyed cooking one night, the hot tub most days, and hanging out playing board games in the evenings after spending the day out hiking. A very comfortable house. Everything Jen says it will be & more. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Wi-Fi was good for a few days working remote w/ video calls. We scored a reservation at Edson Hill for dinner and it was a highlight for our visit. Jennifer is a very responsive host. We were never at a loss for anything. The house if fully stocked with everything you need in the way of cooking equipment, utensils, linens, laundry and bathroom supplies. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We were there in the summer with lots of great hiking and even took the gondola up the mountain which our kids loved. The kitchen at the house is SUPER well stocked - with everything a chef would want. Jen is also super responsive and so helpful - with great recommendations, and clearly lovingly cares for this house.

This is the perfect house to enjoy all that Stowe has to offer. Beautiful quiet location in the heart of VT foliage. The house has an amazing kitchen that will delight any chef at heart.
