These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.

The number of guests must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking. While we don’t charge extra for additional guests up to the home’s maximum occupancy, this information is essential so we can properly prepare and stock the home. The host provides a handy binder with info on local restaurants and activities. Minor issue with the door code at check-in but the host responded immediately so it was resolved in about 2 minutes. If you are arriving in the evening, the driveway is well-lit, and the address sign is pretty easy to see. Also, the host was nice enough to leave some insect repellent on the porch, which was a blessing, as mosquitoes were fierce. This was our very first time using AirBnB, it was a great way to get find someplace nice to stay with only 24 hours advance notice...we will definitely do this again.

We needed some time away but also wanted to be close to things; eating, hiking, playing, etc. Would absolutely love to come back in the winter and sit in front of that fireplace while watching it snow! There was PLENTY of space for my family of 4 who went and I cooked most of our meals there with everything I needed. (Even extra spices not normally found at Airbnbs) Laundry facilities, a firepit and the hot tub were all extras and communication was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A group of us stayed in Eric’s home for a ski trip for a long weekend. Eric sent very clear instructions on check in as well as using the hot tub/fireplace which was super helpful. Check in was a door code which made for a seamless experience getting into the house! Eric was a very accommodating host and followed up during check in time to make sure we had no issues/questions which we appreciated.
The house itself was spacious and perfect for a large group - the dining room table had ample seating and there was a separate bar area that was great for hanging out.
Bedrooms were clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the hot tub and found it very easy to use. Such a great perk of staying on the property!

We stayed at Eric's place for New Years weekend and had a blast. The place is very cozy and had more than enough room for our group . There is a large living area space (with very soft carpets) and a large table for dining or playing board games. The heating issue in the previous review was not a concern for us at all. It is about 20min from Stratton Mountain and ~1hr to Killington. The market nearby had everything we needed and we picked up firewood at the hardware store next store. We enjoyed Eric's place and would recommend to others.

We stayed at Eric's place for a ski trip to Okemo and had an amazing time at the house. The place looks exactly as the pictures and the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary equipment to cook during the trip, it even has a wide selection of spices. Location is very convenient to drive from Okemo (20 min) and it is close to a grocery store. We will definitely come back to Eric's place in our future trips to Vermont.

This chalet is PHENOMENAL. The pictures don’t even do it
This chalet is PHENOMENAL. The pictures don’t even do it justice (even though the pictures a great). It was spotless and clearly recently cleaned. There were thoughtful amenities found throughout, and a very thorough binder with instructions to the place and businesses in the area. Eric was a great host. 2 things to note: this is only the first floor- there may be guests on the 2nd floor, but the entrances are completely separate. Also, there is a bit of construction going on all around the outside of the house. Neither of these things retracted from our stay at all, though!
The outdoor view is gorgeous and the open concept living room gives a great view of the outdoors. We came up to simply site-see and hike: the location was perfect for this. The gas, groceries, and liquor are all a 2 minute drive into town and there are plenty of nearby hiking trails. Not to mention, only an hour from Killington. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for our ski family! Despite the small footprint, it is quite spacious and open. We loved the fact you can see Magic Mountain from the living room! I always worry about mattresses and all of them were very comfortable! Plenty of warm water and heat. Eric is very helpful and quick to answer the phone. We skied all day, made dinner and watched movies on the cozy couch in front of the fire. We didn't want the week to end!

The hot tub was high quality and had awesome colorful lights on the bottom - well worth the extra fee to use it . The kitchen had some pots, pans, spices and basics like oil to cook with, and they also had some board games. They made an excellent guide to the area that was SUCH a great resource that we used it several times. It covered grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and anything else you would need!

Todo fue perfecto, tal cual como se describió, Eric estuvo muy atento en todo el proceso desde antes de la llegada hasta la salida, incluso le escribí para ver si existía la posibilidad de llegar antes, ya que estaba con mis suegros que son personas mayores e inmediatamente dijo si, la casa es perfecta para lo que buscábamos y era desconectarnos con la ciudad y apreciar el otoño, la casa impecable y muy bien equipada, restaurantes cerca, un lugar para esquiar muy cerca y un supermercado a solo 4 minutos, también disfrutamos mucho el jacuzzi que cuando llegamos ya estaba listo para usar, la verdad que 5 estrellas se queda cortó para calificar este lugar, sera nuestra estadía favorita en Vermont y ya estamos planeando volver en invierno, muchas gracias Eric!!!

We could not have asked for more for our two night stay at Eric's cabin. It is perfectly nestled off of the road for quiet and privacy. It provided a cozy yet spacious environment for us. Our dog especially loved the view that the many large windows provided of the beautiful nature outside. Eric could not have been more communicative and accommodating. Close to many different hiking and restaurant options. This stay will be at the top of our list when we return to Vermont!

This is an excellent chalet. This might be a tiny detail but I like the fact that shoes are not to be taken into the main areas of the chalet. As a result, the carpet is clean and looks brand new. Massive spacious living room with board games to keep children happy. The rooms have lovely furniture and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay. This was my my first night in Vermont! Glad to have picked this chalet to start my fall vacation around the State of Vermont.

Me and a group of friends stood at this place for a event that took place on stratton mountain and the location was perfect for us. Market and places to eat were within 5 minutes.The communication with the hosts was great and they were very helpful. The place itself was perfect for us and the extra amenities were a added on bonus. A friend left an item behind and they were kind enough to ship it to us back very quickly..Looking forward to coming back next year. Overall would recommend this place to anyone interested.

The house was really great and I would definitely stay here again. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. There's plenty of parking, it's close to restaurants, and very spacious.
