There were so many great dining options close by — cozy spots with amazing food and that classic New England charm.
The host was very helpful and responsive when we inquired for information.

PETS
Well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval (and $75 fee per pet, per stay). Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the house. Sorry, cats are not permitted.
Failure to disclose any pets in advance may result in additional fees or penalties.
SMOKING
No smoking is permitted inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of butts properly. Any violation of this policy is subject to a $500 fee.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES
We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care and respect. Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnover—due to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or waste—a $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.
ACCURATE GUEST COUNT
The number of guests must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking. While we don’t charge extra for additional guests up to the home’s maximum occupancy, this information is essential so we can properly prepare and stock the home. Please note that penalties may apply if guest counts are inaccurate or intentionally misrepresented.
OUTSIDE SERVICE PROVIDERS
Outside staff such as private chefs, massage therapists, or other service providers are welcome, but prior approval is required before they come on-site.
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS
Guests may be required to sign a rental agreement. If applicable, it will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
SEPTIC
Please be mindful of the septic system and do not flush anything down the toilets or drains other than toilet paper. This includes any and all personal hygiene products, baby wipes, bleaches and strong chemical cleaners.

We absolutely adored our stay! This was one of the cleanest and most well stocked homes we have ever been in. The location was fabulous, walking distance to the Northshire bookstore and all that downtown Manchester has to offer.
We even arrived to find dog dishes, and a toy ready for our four footed friends. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, extremely walkable into town and 5 min drive to HITS VT (if that’s why you’re in town!). The host is extremely responsive, which was great when I had questions. I was staying with several girl friends and we all agreed that we would stay again!!

We stayed in the Winterberry Farmhouse for two nights while visiting family in Manchester for the holidays. The farmhouse has been beautifully renovated in a clean, minimalist style, and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. It was immaculately clean, the space was cozy and inviting, the beds/mattresses were very comfortable. We didn't, but it would have been easy to walk to town and although situated on a main road, the windows seemed to keep out any traffic noise. Any time we needed to communicate with the hosts, they were very responsive.

Highly recommended! This home is one of the most luxurious Airbnbs we stayed in (and we’ve stayed in over 40). It’s historic but totally updated, retaining all its charm but with modern style. The kitchen is the nicest we’ve seen, with high-end appliances and cookware.
The place is basically brand new. Spotless. The furniture is upscale and comfortable. There’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The central AC is a major bonus for those warm humid days. There are also thoughtful touches like premium bedding and blackout shades in the bedroom.
It's an easy 10 minute walk from all the shops and dining in the village core. The hosts are responsive and friendly. The checkout list is refreshingly simple.

This home was perfect for a weekend wedding in Manchester! It was clean and free of clutter. The furnishings were nice and we had good space. The sunlight coming in the windows was beautiful! The upstairs is not very sound-proof given that it's an old house....you can hear people walking and doors closing. But we enjoyed our time there!
